Our production line, from the brass cartridge and chrome plating to the leak test and case packing.
Production begins with machining the brass open-close cartridge. Cartridges are made in house and every batch goes through a leak test; a part that fails never reaches the assembly line.
Handwheels and escutcheons pass through the chrome plating line. The plating thickness is set to withstand years of bathroom humidity — the surface keeps its shine and does not blister at the edges.
The PP-R body is welded to plastic pipe without any additional fitting. Thanks to the length adjustment system the valve sits flush with the wall across plaster thicknesses from 12 mm to 30 mm. A custom-made 12 cm threaded pipe and extension is offered as a separate catalogue item for deeper applications.
Every assembled valve is packed by case quantity. Case dimensions and weights are published on the product pages and in the catalogue, so shipping can be planned from those figures.
